How does the wallet work?+

You pre-load your wallet with USD. Every call, SMS, email, or push notification deducts in real-time from your balance. There are no monthly subscriptions — you only pay for what you use.

What happens if my wallet balance hits $0?+

The system automatically pauses all outbound dialing and messaging when your balance reaches $0.00. Inbound calls continue to work. Simply top up your wallet to resume.

How is call duration billed?+

Calls are billed per minute, rounded up to the nearest second. The timer starts when the call is answered and stops when it ends. Call recording is billed separately only when you manually enable it during a live call.

Can I get a refund on unused wallet balance?+

Yes. Unused wallet balances are refundable. Contact our support team and we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What is A2P 10DLC and do I need it?+

A2P 10DLC is a US carrier compliance requirement for business SMS. Without it, your messages may be filtered or blocked by carriers. It is a one-time $25 registration plus a $15/month campaign fee. If you plan to send SMS to US numbers, you need it.

Do phone number costs renew automatically?+

Yes. Phone numbers are billed at $10.00/month and renew automatically on the 1st of each month from your wallet balance. If your balance is insufficient, the number will be released.

Is there a minimum deposit or commitment?+

No minimum commitment. You can top up as little or as much as you want. There are no lock-in contracts, setup fees, or hidden charges of any kind.

Do rates differ for international calls?+

Yes. Standard US lower-48 outbound calls are $0.0150/min. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands have slightly higher rates due to carrier surcharges. See the rate table above for exact per-region pricing.
